Payments are made directly to Tutor Orbit Nigeria via bank transfer. Our team will provide payment details after matching you with a tutor. We do not accept cash payments to tutors directly.

No. Requesting a tutor through Tutor Orbit is completely free. Fees only apply once sessions begin and you have agreed on the schedule and rate.

If a tutor cancels with less than 24 hours notice, we reschedule at no cost to you. Client cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee per your signed contract.

We use Zoom for all online sessions. Both tutor and student need a Zoom account (free to create). Our platform automatically generates a meeting link for each session.

Any device works — laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone. A stable internet connection is recommended. For subjects requiring whiteboard work (Maths, Physics), a tablet with stylus or a laptop with screen sharing works best.

Absolutely. Many of our students achieve better results with online tutoring because sessions are uninterrupted, easily recorded for review, and can be scheduled more flexibly. Our tutors are specifically trained for online delivery.
